Garmin Dash Cam 35 Buttons are Unresponsive

  • Try two different cables for this source as well.

• Look inside the port for dust, debris, or corrosion that may prevent proper contact,
• Visually inspect the port to see if any internal prongs are broken or bent.

• Remove the microSD card and attempt to power the device on without it.
• Try a different, known working microSD card to rule out card corruption as the cause.
  • Ensure the replacement card meets Garmin's speed and size requirements.

• If any button responds intermittently, attempt a soft reset by holding the power button until the device restarts.
• If available, use the in-menu reset options to clear any temporary software errors without deleting the recording.
