The camera does not capture images when you press the shutter button.

Check to make sure that you have enough memory space for photos in the settings, sometimes if you do not have enough space on your phone, the camera will not allow you to take photos. If there is not enough memory space, please see the following guide

The speaker is quiet even when the volume is in the maximum setting

After checking that your volume settings are set to max in the settings, find if there is noise coming out of the phone at all. If there is no noise at all, it could be a software issue. The screen does not react when pressed on
