시계가 켜지지 않음
시계가 전원 버튼에 반응하지 않거나 켜질 기미가 보이지 않습니다.
고장 난 충전기
충전기가 제대로 연결되어 있는지, 4개의 마그네틱 포트가 손상되지 않았는지 확인하세요. 연결해도 시계가 반응하지 않으면 새 충전기 구매를 고려하세요.
배터리 결함
충전기가 정상으로 보이고 시계를 충전기에 연결했을 때만 켜진다면 배터리 결함일 가능성이 큽니다. 이 안내서를 참고하여 배터리 교체를 고려하세요.
화면 결함
시계를 켤 때 진동은 느껴지지만 디스플레이가 켜지지 않거나 일부만 표시된다면 유기 LED 패널 결함입니다. Huawei Watch는 AU Optronics H139BLN01.0 OLED 패널을 사용합니다. 별도 구매가 가능하긴 하지만, 파손되기 쉬워 보통 스테인리스 스틸 시계 본체와 함께 교체합니다. 다만, 이 부품은 구하기 어려울 수 있습니다.
마더보드 결함
시계가 충전되는 것처럼 보이고(만졌을 때 따뜻해짐) 배터리도 교체했지만, 부팅 시 디스플레이가 나오지 않거나 소리/진동이 없다면 마더보드 결함일 가능성이 높습니다. 아쉽게도 이 부품은 구매가 어려운 것으로 보이므로, 4개의 내부 커넥터를 다시 끼워 보는 것 외에는 기증용 시계에서 마더보드를 추출하는 방법 외에는 쉬운 해결책이 없습니다.
화면이 터치에 반응하지 않음
시계가 터치 명령에 반응하지 않거나, 오작동하거나 반응이 느립니다.
외부 요인에 의한 터치 방해
수분, 먼지, 기름기가 시계의 피부 감지를 방해할 수 있습니다. 이로 인해 화면이 사용자 입력을 잘못 인식할 수 있습니다. 기기를 사용하기 전에 손이나 화면이 깨끗한지 확인하세요.

시계 처리 속도가 느림

Hello, a week ago my Huawei Watch (purchased new in December, 2016) started going through a “Rebooting” cycle (restarting every few minutes). So I powered off the watch, but then have not been able to turn it on since then. I’ve tried to turn on the watch when it’s connected to the charger, which I could feel that the back of the watch was warm, but it would not turn on. Would you consider replacing the battery for this situation?

This very same series of events has happened to me in the past week. This coincidence leads me to believe that this is software issue (associated with a recent update) and not a hardware issue.

The watch is non-responsive to touch commands, or responds erratically and/or slowly. It works wrong

Screen replacement: Actually quite simple: you replace the complete case.
A new case will cost about £25. They are available. Is your watch the jeweled W1 for Ladies?
I have such a case, but it lacks the ‘winder’ button. That needs to be transferred from the old cas to the new case. This is a fiddly job, and the circlip is easily lost, as it comes away with some speed.
The winder button comprises :
1/ The button itself,
2/ the return spring,
3/ the pressure washer',
4/ the ‘o’ ring, and
5/ the circlip.
I offer you 2 choices:
You can sell me your broken watch as scrap, or I can send you the required bits.
I would recommend removing the circlip working with both hands and the old watch case inside a large plastic bag, so that when the clip flies, it will be confined to the bag, not buried in your deep pile carpet 3 metres away!!!
