Jura E8 15109 문제해결
Jura E8 15109에서 발생하는 일반적인 문제를 해결하는 방법.
우유 거품이 생성되지 않거나 거의 나오지 않음
우유 거품을 만들 때 거품이 충분히 생성되지 않거나 프로페셔널 파인 폼 프로더에서 우유가 튑니다.
프로더가 오염됨
파인 폼 프로더가 오염되어 세척이 필요합니다. 이를 위해 시스템을 '우유 시스템 헹굼'으로 설정한 다음, 파인 폼 프로더 아래에 용기를 놓으세요. 파인 폼 프로더를 분해하여 따뜻한 물이나 제공된 Jura 세정제로 헹구세요. 이 문제를 방지하기 위해 Jura는 우유를 사용한 후 매일 파인 폼 프로더를 헹굴 것을 권장합니다.

물탱크가 가득 찼는데도 “물탱크 채우기” 메시지가 표시됨
물탱크에 물때(석회질)가 많이 쌓여 있어 물탱크가 가득 차 있어도 “물탱크 채우기” 메시지가 표시됩니다.
물때(석회질)가 과도하게 쌓였을 수 있음
물탱크의 물때를 제거하려면 먼저 물탱크를 분리해야 합니다. CLEARYL 스마트 필터 카트리지를 사용 중이라면 제거하세요. 물탱크를 완전히 채운 후, Jura 석회 제거제 3정을 녹이고 몇 시간(또는 하룻밤) 동안 그대로 둡니다. 물탱크를 비우고 완전히 헹굽니다. CLEARYL 스마트 필터 카트리지를 사용한다면 다시 장착하세요. 깨끗한 찬물을 물탱크에 채우고 다시 기기에 장착하세요.

커피 추출이 일정하지 않음
커피를 만들 때 메인 추출구에서 커피가 천천히 떨어지거나 사방으로 튑니다
물 경도가 올바르게 설정되지 않았을 수 있음
그라인더를 더 굵게 설정하세요. 또는 석회 제거 작업을 수행해 보세요.
커피 추출구가 오염됨
커피 머신의 전원이 꺼져 있고 플러그가 뽑혀 있는지 확인하세요. 기기가 식을 때까지 1시간 정도 기다립니다. 조심스럽게 추출구를 분리하여 세척하세요.

그라인더에서 매우 큰 소음이 발생함
그라인더에 이물질이 끼어 있음
이 큰 소음은 그라인더에 이물질이 끼었을 때 발생합니다. 이 문제를 해결하는 한 가지 방법은 Jura E8 커피 머신의 전원을 끄고 벽면 콘센트에서 플러그를 뽑은 뒤, 이물질이 낀 그라인더 부분을 주의 깊게 확인하는 것입니다.

기기가 차갑고 작동하지 않음
안전 시스템이 활성화되어 커피 머신이 명령을 처리하지 않습니다. (기기에 오류 2 또는 오류 5가 표시됨)
기기가 장시간 추위에 노출됨
기기가 장시간 추운 환경에 노출되었다면 안전상의 이유로 가열 기능이 비활성화될 수 있습니다. 이 문제를 해결하려면 기기를 천천히 실내 온도(약 15.5℃)로 데우세요.

I just purchased this machine & after making a cup of espresso or coffee, the bottom tray has water in it. I have other coffee/espresso makers that the only way water goes into tray is if there is no cup to catch the water. Is this normal for this brand Jura E8?

My E8 is brand new and the first time I tested the frothing it frothed very little and sprayed all over the machine. I performed the rinsing of the milking system as per instructions. Did not result in any changes.

Buzzing noise after brewing

When the drip tray is in it says empty drip tray, after emptying and putting back in it says drip tray not fitted correctly. I need to delicately fiddle with it until it’s in the exact correct spot for it to work?? It seems to be getting more and more sensitive

Hi Marc, I had the same but in reality it is not what you think. First remark, you can avoid this by drying the two metal contacts at the end of the water collect pins. ( in the water collect bin) If they connect via water then it will display Full. So this is something you should think of. But the most important thing is something else. You should remind yourself that you only clean the water and dirt when the coffee machine is switched ON. Reson for this is if you empty the tray with dirt or water it is not seen by the machine when you do this if the system is switched off. So next time your coffee machine prompts for empty the tray. you should do this when system detects that you opened the bin. Otherwise aldo you just cleaned it, it stays prompting clean tray. Also note every time you open the dirt tray you have to clean/empty it as the machine things you did. When you take that into account you will not be falls prompt again (unless the two metal plates in the back are full with dirt (shortcuted)
