LG Leon LTE Troubleshooting
LG Leon LTE smartphone was launched in March 2015.
Unable to use touch screen
Touch screen is not responding.
Screen lock is turned on
To remove the screen lock off your device, tap twice anywhere on the screen and slide your finger across the display.
Screen needs to be replaced

Device responding slowly
Device is running slowly or applications aren't responding.
Too many applications are open
Close applications by tapping the application icon and slide your finger right on the application to close it. To uninstall applications, go to the Settings option. If you are using the Tab view, tap Menu and switch to the view to List. Under device, tap Apps, switch left of All, tap Uninstall and tap OK once you are finished.
Your mobile phone is overloaded for unknown reasons
Mobile phone not react due to overload or errors in the operating system. Restart mobile phone.
Battery is no longer working

Unable to take pictures using the Camera
Can not take pictures with the camera.
The phone memory or memory card is full
To create more space change where the pictures are being stored, the use of a memory card could be an option. In order to prevent your phone memory from being full, delete some pictures and/or other content on your phone or on the memory card.
The phone memory is full and your mobile phone is set to save pictures in this memory
First, tap the menu icon. Next, find "Camera" and tap on it. To zoom in/out, drag two fingers together or apart. If you want to turn the flash on/off, tap the menu icon until the camera settings are displayed. Then, tap the flash icon to turn the function on or off. To select resolution, tap the settings icon on the top right corner of your screen and tap the resolution icon. Next, tap the required resolution next to the camera icon. Before you select memory for your pictures you need to insert a memory card in your mobile phone. If you select SD, your pictures will be saved on the memory card. If you select IN, your pictures will be saved in the phone memory. Once you insert your memory card, tap the memory icon to select memory for your pictures and then tap the settings icon. To take picture, point the camera lens at the required object and tap the camera icon and the picture will save automatically.
Unable to receive any calls
Can not receive any call or make a voice call.
Missed calls are diverted too fast.
You can divert your incoming calls to your voicemail. You can choose which type of calls you can divert, such as calls or missed calls or when your mobile phone is busy. To do so, tap the phone icon and tap Dial. Then, tap the menu icon on the top right hand corner of your screen and tap Call settings. Once you are on the call settings, tap Call forwarding. The current settings will be displayed. To select divert type, tap one of the following options: Always forward, Busy, Unanswered, Unreachable. To divert calls to voicemail, key in +6596301389 and tap Turn On. If you selected Unanswered, you need to select for how long you want your mobile phone to ring before the call is diverted and tap the required delay.
Your mobile phone isn't responding.
The phone may not react to overload or errors in the operating system. If this happens, it might be better to restart your device. To restart your mobile phone, remove the battery for about 10-15 seconds and turn it back on again.
Call diverts is turned on.
Your call diverts on your mobile phone needs to be turned off at all times. To do so, tap the phone icon. Then tap Dial. Next, tap the menu icon on the top right hand corner of your screen and tap Call settings. Then, tap Call forwarding. After a moment the current settings are displayed. To cancel all diverts, tap each of the following options: Always forward, Busy, Unanswered, Unreachable and tap Turn off on repeatedly until all diverts have been turned off.
Unable to send or receive SMS
Can not receive or send SMS to the recipient.
There’s an error at the receiving end
To create SMS, tap the message icon. Then tap the new message icon. Next, you must enter a recipient and tap the required contact. To write the text, tap enter message and write the text for your SMS. Once you are finished writing your text, tap Send and return to the home screen.
The message centre number is incorrect
Tap the message icon. Then, tap the menu icon to find "text message". Once you do that, tap Settings and select Text message. To select the validity period, tap Validity period and select maximum. You can save your message centre number by tapping Service centre address. If you're on a pay monthly rate plan, key in +6596197777. If you're on a pay as you go rate plan, key in +6596400001 and tap save.
The SMS is written incorrectly
Before you can use this function on your mobile device, you need to set up your smartphone for SMS in order for the consumer to write and send an SMS. To do so, tap the message icon. Then, tap the new message icon. Next, you enter the recipient and tap the required contact. Once you enter the name you want to send the message to, tap enter message and write the text for your SMS and tap Send.
SIM card needs to be replaced
