키보드 조명이 켜지지 않음
키보드 조명이 켜지지 않습니다.
키보드 조명 설정이 올바르지 않으면 조명이 꺼진 상태로 유지될 수 있습니다. 먼저 설정을 확인하고 조명 옵션이 켜져(ON) 있는지 확인하세요. 옵션이 켜져 있는데도 작동하지 않는다면 컴퓨터에서 케이블을 분리했다가 다시 연결해야 합니다. 또한 다른 컴퓨터에 키보드를 연결하여 테스트해 볼 수도 있습니다.
버튼이 눌리지 않음
키보드 버튼이 걸려 있습니다.
음료를 쏟으면 키가 끈적거려 눌리지 않을 수 있습니다. 키를 다시 끼워 보고 아래에 걸리는 것이 없는지 확인해 보세요. 그런 다음, 딸깍 소리가 날 때까지 부드럽게 눌러 보세요. 보드가 파손되지 않도록 키를 올바른 방향으로 끼워야 합니다.
배경 색상이 표시되지 않음
색상이 나타나지 않습니다.
"고장 난" 배경 색상은 키보드를 사용할 때 프레임 주변에 색상이 없거나 원하는 색상이 표시되지 않는 현상을 의미합니다. 이는 보드 플래시 메모리 문제로 인한 경우가 많으며, 대부분 색상 설정이 누락되어 발생합니다. 로그아웃하면 사용 중이던 색상이 그대로 고정되어 불러와지지 않기도 합니다. 이를 해결하는 두 가지 일반적인 방법이 있습니다. 첫 번째는 조명을 활성화하는 것이고, 두 번째는 Logitech G910 소프트웨어에서 조명 설정을 사용자 지정하는 것입니다.
Logitech Gaming Software를 열고 전구 아이콘을 클릭한 다음, 명령 조명 모드 아이콘을 클릭하세요. 옵션 탭에서 '명령 색상 설정(Set Command Colors)'을 클릭하세요. 왼쪽에서 명령 목록이 나타납니다. 원하는 색상을 선택하세요.

i bought this key board less then a year so 6 months or slightly more and the U key and now the I key are not holding color they are turning puke green when they suppose to be blue.

that is the blue part of the rgb led being dead, red and green will still work but anything with blue is a no show.

The app won’t work, it’s not loading, so I don’t have colour or light on my keyboard.

I can’t help but notice the macro keys have stopped working in Revit 2020 by Autodesk. It works on previous version which helps speed up the model and design production process. The lights also do not switch to the new profile like in the previous versions of Revit as well. This leads me to believe that Logitech may have changed the way the keyboard input works for the software because it works with the previous versions. I doubt Autodesk has changed the software to cause this issue or it would have appeared earlier. For many people developing the 3-D, VR and AR environments for the games people play, movies people watch and the buildings/homes people have built can you please look into this for the affected professionals like myself? Thank you.

I didn’t like G Hub when it first came out and I like it even less now. My keyboard will not light up and the keys that I had bound are no longer bound. This is a total mess
