Device Won't Turn On

You can't get your device to power on.

Drained or Dead Battery

Your battery is dead. Try plugging the device into a power outlet for a few minutes, then try powering it on. If the battery won't hold a charge, you may need to replace it.

Bad Display

The LCD display may be broken although the rest of the phone is still working. If this is the problem, you will most likely need to replace the screen assembly.

Bad Motherboard

If nothing else worked, the motherboard is most likely broken. You can try performing a hard reset by holding the power button and volume down button down for 20 seconds. If that doesn't work, you will probably have to replace it.

Bad Power Button

The rest of the phone may still work, but won't recognize input from the power button. Go ahead and replace the power button.

Device Will Not Charge

Your battery drains but will not recharge.

Charging Port Not Completely Plugged In

Everything works, but something might be in the way. Make sure there is no dirt, dust, or other debris in the way. If there is, try blowing in the port.

Broken Charging Cable

The phone still works, but the electricity can't get from the wall to your device. Try charging with a different chord.

Broken Charging Port

One of the soldered connections to the motherboard most likely has broken. If you find the broken connection you can attempt to re-solder it. Otherwise, you will have to replace the motherboard.

No Service

You can't get your device to connect to your provider's coverage.

Sim Card Not Completely Plugged In

Use a paperclip to pop out the sim card tray and re-seat the sim card before pushing it back in. Also make sure the port is clean before the put it back in. If it is dirty, gently blow on it or clean it with a soft cloth.

Device Won't Recognize Service

You may be in an area that doesn't have coverage; try moving to an area that you know has service. Airplane mode may be on; try turning that off. It also may just be a bug. Try turning the device off and on, or try a hard reset.

Sim Card Port is Damaged

The Port is damaged in a way that it will not read the sim card. Since the port is attached to the motherboard, this means you will need to replace the motherboard.

Screen is Shattered

You broke the glass of the display.

Replacement Screen

Provided nothing else is broken, you just need to replace the screen assembly.

Camera Issues

Your camera takes bad pictures, or won't take pictures at all.

Not Enough Power

Sometimes the camera won't allow itself be used if the battery doesn't have enough power. Plug your device in and try again.

Software Glitch

There may be something in the software that is preventing the camera from performing correctly. Try restarting the phone, or if that doesn't work, a hard reset.

Cables Not Connected

Open up the device and check connections. If cables are not connected, plug them back in.

Camera is Broken

Something may have broken in that last 'drop test' you put your phone through. Go ahead and replace the camera.

Lozer Network - 답글

Well it doesn't recognize a network because service stopped years ago. It's still linked(and the only) accessed to a Gmail account I seriously need reaccess to. How can I do that if it doesn't have network service
