My Ninja BL487QWB is barely a year old and it stopped working, does not power up. It is clean as I am very careful when using it. I like the item but if the lifespan is only 1 year, that is NOT good! :(

I have the same problem. Do you know if we have a warranty. For replacement ninjas?

I have a Ninja 487QWB and it’s about a year old and it just won’t power on. It ‘s a bummer that it has such a short lifespan. I have a blender for 20+ years and it still works. What’s up with this brand/model???

After blending, there is grease on the top of the spindle. Sometimes this grease spills down into my shake. Why is this happening?
