Side Brush Stopped Spinning
The vacuum's side brush no longer spins.
Side Brush is Tangled
It is very easy for hair or fur to get tangled on one or both of the side brushes causing the side brush to stop spinning. If there is any hair or fur tangled on either side brush, remove it.
Defective Side Brush Motor
The motor that controls the side brush may be defective causing the side brush to stop spinning. If this is the case, the side brush motor will have to be replaced. Check out the

Vacuum Driving in Circles
The vacuum continuously drives in circles or spins.
Wheels Are Tangled
Look underneath the vacuum at it's wheels. If there is any hair or fur in the wheels, remove it.
Defective Wheel Motor
The motor that controls the movement of the wheels may be defective causing the wheels to stop turning which makes the vacuum drive in circles. If this is the case, check the Wheel Motor Replacement Guide.
Vacuum Bumping Into Things
Vacuum repeatedly runs into objects and gets stuck in corners
Faulty Camera
Check to see if the camera is dirty - if so, clean it with a soft cloth.

Faulty Mop Pad
Check to see if the mop pad is installed correctly by flipping the vacuum on its opposite side and locating the mop installation holes behind the wheel, adjust accordingly.
Faulty Sensor
Remove all obstacles blocking the bumper.
Check to see if the sensors are dirty - if so, clean with a soft cloth.

Vacuum Does Not Turn On
The vacuum does not turn on when pressing the power button.
Check Power While Charging
Check that the charger is plugged in completely and that the blue light is on. Let it charge for at least 8 hours before powering up.
Defective Battery
If the blue light did not turn on while the vacuum was plugged into the charger, the battery may be defective. Check out the Battery Replacement Guide here.
