Samsung Galaxy Light Troubleshooting
The Samsung Galaxy Light Android Smartphone was announced in October 2013. Troubleshooting this phone is difficult, we have taken the time to simplify this process below.
It is cracked and/or unresponsive.
Power the phone off, plug it into a power supply and power it back on.
Try to restart the phone. If problem still persists, continue to the replacement guide to replace the screen.
See the replacement guide for replacing screen.
Phone does not turn on or stay on long.
Charge the phone and see if it turns on.
Using the current battery follow replacement guide to take the battery out and put it back in. if the problem persists then purchase a new battery. Follow the replacement guide to replace the old battery and dispose of it properly.
The phone does not recognize charging device.
Try to use another micro USB charger, you may be using a damaged or wrong one.
Refer to the replacement guide to clean out the phone's charging port. If the problem continues move forward with the replacement guide to replace the port.
Camera app crashes or camera does not take pictures.
Power phone off and then back on. If this doesn't solve the issue then, factory reset the phone in phone's settings.

No audio/sound is heard when using the phone.
First, power the phone off for about 10 seconds, and then power it back on. If that doesn't work, then factory reset the phone in phones settings. Lastly, if the problem continues then see the replacement guide to replace the speakers.
