Cell Phone Will Not Turn On
Power Button Not Held Down
- Push and hold the red end call/power button for at least 5 seconds.
Improper Charge
- Ensure the phone battery is charged. Plug the phone into a functioning charging station for at least 2 hours.
Damaged Screen

Malfunctioning Keypad
- A malfunctioning keypad could prevent the phone from turning on. If the power button is unresponsive, replace the keypad. See Siemens A56 Keyboard Replacement.
Damaged Motherboard

SIM Card Does Not Work
Malfunctioning SIM Card
- When the phone changes ownership, or as the network experiences upgrades, the SIM card may need to be replaced. See Siemens A56 SIM Card Replacement.
Phone Will Not Charge/Hold A Charge
Improper Charging
- Ensure the device is charging by plugging it into a charging station that is known to work correctly. It is also important to ensure that the outlet is functioning correctly.
Faulty Battery

Damaged Or Dirty Charging Port

Front Of Phone Is Cracked
Damaged Front Cover

Keypad Is Not Responsive

Screen Does Not Display Anything

Persistent Major Issues
