기기에서 고음의 소음이 발생함
버튼을 누를 때 기기에서 고음의 소음이 발생합니다. 하지만 음료에 탄산은 형성되고 있습니다.
탄산 튜브가 헐거움
CO2를 음료에 주입하는 검은색 튜브는 시간이 지나면 헐거워질 수 있습니다. SodaStream은 계속 정상적으로 작동하지만 불쾌한 소음이 발생합니다. 기존 튜브 라인을 사용하는 대신 새로운 튜브 라인을 설치하면 펌프 주변 기기가 충분히 밀폐되어 소음을 방지할 수 있습니다. 자세한 방법은 안내서를 참고하세요.
음료에 탄산이 형성되지 않음
탄산 버튼을 눌렀을 때 기기에서 정상적인 소리가 나지 않으며 음료에 탄산이 형성되지 않습니다.
CO2 실린더가 비어 있어 교체 필요
기기에서 아무런 소리가 나지 않고 음료가 여전히 밍밍하다면(탄산 없음), CO2 실린더가 비어 있을 수 있습니다. 이를 해결하려면 새 SodaStream CO2 실린더를 구매하여 설치하면 됩니다. 자세한 절차는 이 안내서를 방문하세요.
기기에 와셔가 추가로 들어 있음
기기 제조 과정에서 가끔 와셔가 실수로 하나 더 설치되는 경우가 있습니다. 이 추가 와셔는 CO2가 음료로 이동하는 경로를 방해하여 탄산이 형성되지 않게 합니다. 와셔 제거에 대한 자세한 방법은 이 안내서를 방문하세요.
와셔 마모

탄산 버튼용 스프링 파손

I have large white chunks coming out with the carbonation. Is that normal?

That's ice. The CO2 gas comes out through the nozzle and immediately expands due to it suddenly not being pressurized in the tank. When a gas expands rapidly, it cools, which will then cool the water into which it's being injected. If the water you're using is cold to begin with, some will freeze and form little ice crystals at the head of the nozzle. Which will then melt in a few seconds. All of this won't happen if you start with water at room temp.

Hi. we have a brand new sodastream that after just 3 days is no longer carbonating drinks. looking at the mechanism, the spring appears to be working but the plastic part that pushes into the top of the canister isn't moving back up. the main grey button can be pushed down and spring is ok. it appears only the final mechanism that triggers CO2 out of the canister. What is the solution here?
