TOGUARD C310 Dual Dash Cam Front Camera Not Working

If your TOGUARD C310 Dual Dash Cam front camera is unresponsive or not recording, follow this troubleshooting guide for possible solutions.

• If the camera is recording but is showing a black screen, there might be an obstacle in the way. Make sure that nothing is obstructing either camera.

• If the camera is not recording, it may be due to a full or corrupted SD card. You may need to clear up space on the SD card or replace the SD card with a new one. The TOGUARD C310 supports a micro-SD card, class 10 U3 speed, up to 128GB max.

• Check the user manual to ensure that you have properly installed the TOGUARD C310 Dual Dash Cam in your car. If you've missed a step or didn't plug something in, it will fail to work.
