Turtle Beach Atom buttons are unresponsive

If the joysticks, buttons, or triggers do not respond as expected or at all, this page may have a solution.

• Restart the connected device
• Ensure the controller is fully charged
• Reconnect via Bluetooth
• Update firmware using Turtle Beach software/app if available

• Lightly clean around the button with a microfiber cloth
• Check for debris or sticky residue
• test the button in a controller input tester app
• If the button feels physically stuck, avoid forcing it - this may indicate internal wear

• Recalibrate the analog sticks in the device's settings
• clean around the base of the stick with compressed air
• Test for drift using controller diagnostic tool

• Check trigger sensitivity settings in-game or in the device menu
• inspect for debris around the trigger hinge
• gently press the trigger repeatedly to see if the issue is mechanical or electronic
• uneven or unresponsive triggers often point to internal sensor or spring issues
