채팅 볼륨 낮음
Turtle Beach 컨트롤러 어댑터에서 채팅 측면의 위쪽 화살표를 눌러 채팅 볼륨을 높이세요.
마이크가 작동하지 않음
마이크에 대고 말해도 목소리가 인식되지 않는 경우입니다.
완전히 연결되지 않음
마이크 커넥터가 헤드폰의 소켓에 완전히 고정되어 있는지 확인하세요. 끝까지 밀어 넣지 않았다면 더 깊숙이 밀어 넣으세요.
컨트롤러 업데이트
Xbox One 컨트롤러가 최신 펌웨어 버전으로 실행되지 않는 경우, 헤드셋 어댑터와 함께 작동하지 않을 수 있습니다. 컨트롤러 펌웨어를 최신 버전으로 업데이트하면 마이크가 정상적으로 작동할 수 있습니다.
어댑터가 컨트롤러에 맞지 않음
아무리 노력해도 헤드셋 어댑터를 Xbox One 컨트롤러에 끼울 수 없는 경우입니다.
어긋난 프롱
안타깝게도 일부 헤드셋 어댑터는 프롱이 어긋난 상태로 출고되어, 아무리 노력해도 Xbox One 컨트롤러에 맞지 않을 수 있습니다. 이 경우 헤드폰을 구매한 소매점이나 Turtle Beach에 문의하여 교체품을 받으세요.
소리 및/또는 마이크가 간헐적으로 끊김
소리가 무작위로 끊깁니다. 배선을 특정 방향으로 구부려야만 헤드셋이 작동할 수 있습니다.
핀치된 배선
교체가 필요할 수 있습니다. 하지만 이 문제를 직접 해결하고 싶은 경우, 배선 유형, 길이 및 솔더링 지침이 이해하기 쉬운 그림과 함께 제공됩니다. 참고: 직접 수리를 시도할 경우 보증이 무효화될 수 있습니다.

On my Xbox one dashboard is shows that there is no headset/mic connected to the controller, I've tried just about everything and there is still no audio going into the headset and I also can't talk to anyone in Xbox parties. Both my headset and my console is up to date with the latest version and I still have the same problem, my headset is brand new and the wires are fine, I'm thinking it may be a problem with either my adapter or my xbox one controller..... Can anyone relate to this issue? Or does anyone have any solutions? Oh, and I've done everything that Xbox support told me to do and it's still having the same issue.

The same thing is happening to me and I have tried using a different controller and it works fine , not sure weather it s a problem with my controller . Also the controller that it works on is the old version , not sure if that has anything to do with it or not .

2 days ago when I was in a party chat with my friends my mic sounded perfectly fine but now they say it sounds like I'm mumbling or far away
