Device won't turn on
Your mopping device does not move and lights will not turn on
Battery not charged
Plug in device and wait for battery to fully charge before attempting to use. This problem could also be due to a faulty AC adapter. If the light on the AC adapter does not turn on, check the current of AC adapter with a voltmeter. In order to do this, plug the adapter into a power source, turn the voltmeter on, attach the red terminal of the voltmeter to the pin inside the plug of the ac adapter, attach the black terminal of the voltmeter to a ground (any piece of metal), and check for a current. If the voltmeter reads a current, the ac adapter is functional. If not, replace the ac adapter.
Battery no longer holds a charge

Battery not connected properly
The battery may not be properly connected. Remove the bottom battery panel with a flat-head screwdriver and ensure that the wires are firmly plugged in.
Faulty power button
The power button may be broken or have some kind of obstruction below the surface of the panel. The button may need to be replaced.
Device won't move at all
Your iRobot Braava 380t turns on but will not move
Worn wheel tread
If your iRobot Braava 380t does not move at all, a possible reason is that the wheel tread has worn off. The wheel tread may need to be replaced.
Wheel suspension
If from the side view, you cannot see the wheels of the iRobot, the suspension spring may have failed. If so your iRobot will have trouble moving.
Broken wheel
If your mopping machine will not move it might be because your wheels are broken. Replacing the wheels is a simple procedure.
Faulty wheel motor assembly
The immobility of your device might also be due to a faulty wheel motor. This part can be found online and replaced fairly simply.
Device won’t move normally
Your iRobot moves in an irregular pattern; going in circles, not turning
Faulty Wheel Motor
If the device isn’t turning or is moving in circles, one wheel motor could be burned out.
Wheels jammed
The wheel axles could be jammed with hair or other debris from normal operation. If so, remove debris with tweezers or other tools. If you are still unable to remove the debris, remove wheels to completely clean the wheel-axles assembly.
Mop-head improperly attached
Ensure that the mopping cloth is firmly attached to the cleaning pad and that the cloth is not tangled. Disconnect and reattach the cleaning pad to the iRobot to ensure proper connection.
Navigation cube
Irregular movement may be caused by a malfunctioning navigation cube or if the signal is interrupted. Make sure that no obstructions are in the line of sight of the navigation cube. If there are no obstructions then you may need to replace the navigation cube.

Unable to open page with error codes 380t model. Charging light stas red it starts then stops tried charger as well as plugging right into the irobot.

My braava 380t had a malfunction with freezing right after starting with a short beep. I found that was caused by the bottom sensor trouble. All braava series have bottom sensors for detecting floor. It connects to inner small bars moving up and down that shut the light from the photo sensors when it is on the floor. But if the small bars get dust, the photo sensors cannot detect the bars. So I just swept the bust on bars, then it was fixed. The bars are at the both sides of the front part inside of braava. I think the bars easily get bust, so every braavas may have same trouble after two or three years it is purchased. Try to clean the sensor bars!
And I fixed the charging trouble by replacing an electrolytic capacitor on the circuit board. I feel the design of this product is not so good and it has to be improved...

Hello Leire- I seem to be encountering the same issue. It might be too late for you, but for anyone else who finds this in the future:
I was having a charging issue- it would make an angry noise and then give me 7 red flashes. Upon opening the machine, I checked all of the components of the power circuit for continuity and everything seemed to be in proper working order.
Thanks to NobuYosh, I checked on the capacitor and low and behold it seemed to be completely dead. It is a 330 uF 16V (330 micro Farad 16 volt) radial electrolytic capacitor. I bought a pack of 10 on eBay for ~$5!
It’s a very straight-forward job that I’m hoping does the trick RE: the charging issue. The one thing that makes it annoying is that the entire underside of the motherboard is covered in some type of congealed hot glue. You’ll have to burn through that or scrape it away so that your soldering tip can properly heat the legs of the capacitor for removal.
Fingers crossed! I’ll be sure to report back how it goes.

uuhhh i dont have a click option to answer to David Johnson!! hope you get to read this answer somehow, and hope you post news on how the fixing went. Thank you sooo mucho for the info!! My braava is still gathering dust on a shelf; have passed teh info to my techy husband and hope he can fix it. I am in argentina so no other option than finding a way to fix it ourselves. Would be wonderful if works again, i am a lupus mom with a very active toddler, need all the robotic help i can get

My braava 380t had to be replaced due to a broken wheel. The one you replaced it with seems to work fine but the red light keeps flashing. What do I do?

Hi, your braava must have a trouble with the motor. The wheel motor should also be replaced with the new one.

Hi my Irobot Bravva 380t was working perfectly for a log time since this January till about this week on Wednesday. My Irobot stopped charging completely and when we turn it on the three little dots underneath the power button all separately turn blue and then switch to red. The power button also goes red along with those three small dot’s and makes three beaps. After, the robot beaps another three times and shuts off immediately. We have found all the solutions online and have found no solution to our problem. Can you please give me a response asap with a solution. Thank you.

Hi, my robot connects to cube and then runs a for 2-3 minutes before shutting down with a code of 15 flashes(I know this is improperly installed mop, but that's not the issue)

My Brava 380 runs for a few seconds them the power light turns red—it emits a series of 6 beeps, plays a tune, 6 beeps again, plays a tune then stops. It has new batteries.
Is this battery? batter charger or the navigation cube? I’m happy to replace the part but can’t figure out which one is malfunctioning.

Hi, I own a Braava 380. The issue with my unit is that barely 3 minutes after connecting with the Cube (blue light stays ON, not blinking, with the 3 front blue lights staying ON, not blinking), the ON/OFF button will blink RED, device will emit a few beeps and then the Braava will turn itself off. I have removed the debri in the wheels, cleaned the 2 front floor sensors, took off the cleaning pad, reapplied the pad properly, changed the C batteries in my Cube and fully charged my Braava. These steps did NOT solve the “Braava turned itself off” problem. Please help?

I had an issue with the movement. New batteries, fully charged with a good track on the wheels.
When pressed to start, either in broom or mop mode, the mint would move forward but one of the wheels, in this case, the Left Wheel would move. Hence it kept pivot steering in circles till it stopped. Even the recommended thirty seconds forced wheeled rotation and diagnostics mode did not help.
Finally realised it was the wheel motor that was not working well when i swopped it with a salvaged set that I have.
Hope it helps to those having similar issues as mine.

I have been using 380T for quite some time .Recently the wheel tread was worn off and we fixed a equal length rubber from a motorcycle wheel tube and pasted it with super glue. However Brava has been behaving very weird…It works fine and smooth for 30 mins and then stops abruptly. Earlier it used to work non-stop for 2 hrs..Now after working for 25-30 mins normally it stops and then it moves very slow..as if its pulling itself. ..Can you tell us the reason for this

Mine now stops (red light and chirp) whenever it runs into anything , which of course is all the time. The cube does not seem to have a problem. Is it the battery. This Roomba has not seen heavy use - usually twice a week for the past 2 years in a very small condo with hardwood floors.

Periodically. Called iRobot and messaged them several times. No help. Now this machine just moves short distance and kinda turns in circles only. I think it is finished. Not that old either. ?
