Getting the same problem saying Sorry The application Samsung Home (process com.sec.android.app.twlauncher) has stopped unexpectedl

it is not allowing me to open menu or doing any function other than making calls and messages.......

Can anybody please tell me the procedure to rectify this problem,,,,,,?????
