I dropped my ipad at the button and know I can't access the charging connection because the metal frame is in the way. Is there anything I could do?

I'm now able to plug the cable in but my ipad won't power on anymore

I actually got it to power on but I can only get a black screen with purple, blue and green line everywhere and it seems like the LCD is cracked but my digitizer is perfectly fine. Do you think changing the LCD would fix it?
