I've been trying to fix this problem for a while now, and have opened up my computer a few times to play around with different options that are stated here and on other forums.
From what I can tell, the hard-press of the keyboard corners, are just adding pressure (maybe realigning some connections?) to the inverter and display data cables. Some others mentioned loose connections, or bad wires, but from my visual inspections there was nothing for me to solder.
Bunngoun An, I just tried your suggestion, but it doesn't seem to work for me. I'm glad I'm not the only one still visiting threads that were started in 2010...
I will be trying to replace both the display cable (mine looks gross) and the inverter itself in a couple of weeks.
I'll try to post up my results after I try it out!

+
+So I just tried to replace both the display inverter and the data cable, but the issue still persists. I went to the Genuis Bar, and the person there confirmed my suspicion that it is the whole LCD screen. There is no way that it could be the logic board.
+
+Personally, I will live with this issue since I use an external monitor just fine and the cost of replacing the LCD would range between $215-$280.
+
+Hopefully this is helpful for someone!
