Fault is you laptop not detecting boot media like HDD/SSD/Bookable DVD with optical drive. you can reboot the laptop press and hold the power button to turn off and press again power button to start again.

you can rectify the fault using below steps,

* Try to install OS (operating system) again or try to recovery if you have recovery media
* Remove and reinstall [guide|7864|SSD]
* Replace new SSD and reinstall OS
