in june 2015 i buy pciex1 to ide+sata+esata express card
while i was not inform that it will not support in my system because
Jmicron is only release till windows 8 only & i am ruuning win 8.1 Enterprise x64
while it work perfect in win 7, xp etc.
Jmicron drivers for latest windows 8 i used that and everything perfect but after some time the drive stop responding my startup time get slow to 8 sec now slow in shutdown
i install windows 8.1 on it & drive is working perfect transfer speed is also great fast speed from my sata 2 also so i compare it system devices that used in the device manager there was one add only was
Intel(R) 8 Series/C220 Series SMBus Controller - 8C22 (as using primary)
but when i was using this drive as secondary drive not responding some transfer also stuck in between so i get this driver from intel site but no change anything
device manager is not listing that when using as secondary but in primary os drive the change is only Intel(R) 8 Series/C220 Series SMBus Controller - 8C22
if i upgrade to windows 10 can this fix...
need help........
