The monitor on my Acer Aspire S3-392g has stopped working. I've managed to hook it up to an external monitor and its working fine so I know I know the issue is related to the screen.
The tear down guide on here for this product is very good but does not include instructions relating to the monitor and I'm wondering - is this because it is not possible?
I've looked online and can't find the part or instructions - does anybody have experience of this?
If possible I'd rather save money fix it myself, I've done this on several other laptops.
Any advice would be appreciated.
p.s. this is the newer S3 model, not the original S3 - there is a lot of information out there about the older version.
