It looks like 2 of your antennas are for the 5 GHz  operation and the other for standard 2.4 GHz. So depending of which one is broken the router should function normally. If this is a office setting with multiple floors and you are actually using the 5G quite a bit you may experience a smaller coverage area. The 5G will penetrate thicker walls but not go quite as far as the 2G .
