I can view Youtube videos but have no sound; touch screen non-responsive after first few touches. I took it to a certified Apple device repair shop but the tech could not get any better results; she suggested waiting for an update, hoping to fix a problem. Now running i.OS 9.3.5. capacity 12.9 GB available 5.9 GB. I've also reset it twice since the last software update.
