PS Vita won't power on..

Hello, I have had my PS vita slim for nearly 6 years, it's been water damaged for five years. I moved and left it in a bag in a storage unit for that time and finally got it back, opened it, used a brush toothbrush with rubbing alcohol (70%), waited for it to dry, replaced the battery but the orange light will not appear.. Please... Help.
