My ZEN FONE 2 DELUXE goes  to repair the USB Power Charge Board and don't charge at all!

-Taking out the  covers, I identified two connector damaged the U7703 and the U7704 on the motherboard.

- There is a way to fix it?

- Is this the reason to all the components have 12v off power?
