Why is my home menu icons are not updating?

My device is a Huawei T1.7 Mediapad. I had installed many apps like Facebook, Instagram etc. And I am Updating the apps weekly.  But the icons of the applications are not changing. They still have the style of old versions. So How can I fix it?
