@fatedengram this can be an issue with the charger, the charging port and/or the battery. Use a multimeter and check your charger to make sure that it has the proper voltage output (5V). If that is okay check the power port and change the battery while you are at it. Use these guides [[Topic:PlayStation Vita]] to work on it.
