Where to find a replacement Sultra M16799 metal internal hinge?

My wife's Sultra M16799 flat iron is working great but the other day it stopped staying open. removed the hinge pin and found that the metal piece that keeps the flat iron open is snapped in half. Any suggestions for finding a replacement part? Been looking online for a while but can find nothing.
