The vast majority of laptops are pretty much the same. Sometimes there's a screw or two in the bottom, hopefully with a picture of a keyboard next to it, that you have to remove. Then it's usually just a matter of releasing the tabs either along the top or along the bottom of the keyboard in order to angle it up so as to release the ribbon cable(s). Sometimes, you have to remove a bezel between the keyboard and the hinge to reveal a couple of screws securing the top of the keyboard. This bezel may just unclip, or may be retained by screws on the bottom.
If you look at a few iFixit guides and YouTube videos for the nearest matches to your model that you can find you should be able to work it out. You'll find the iFixit Jimmy (see the Tools Store) or a thin blunt knife is invaluable both for releasing the keyboard tabs and for removing a bezel, of that's required.
-Having got the keyboard out, check that the replacement has the same configuration of ribbon, and of course, is the right nationality.
+Having got the keyboard out, check that the replacement has the same configuration of ribbon, and of course, is the right nationality. Hopefully you'll find one on eBay quite easily.
