OPTION 1-
Once you turn on the PC keep pressing “F8”
that will boot you into “Safe Mode.”
In that find “Reset Windows.”
That will completely reinstall windows on the drive. Doing that may fix your issue if windows is still found on the drive.
OPTION2-
From what I have seen on the error, to fix this you may to do boot flash windows to reinstall it.
So, to do this,
go to
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=56485
Click download, and select “Windows7-USB-DVD-Download-Tool-Installer-en-US.exe”
-Download this on other PC, open it, and run that along with a formatted usb drive.
+Download this on other PC, open it, and run that along with a formatted usb drive plugged in.
Should download windows unto the flash drive.
Then plug that usb into the laptop having problems,
Then start BIOS, whichever button that is for you, go to the setting “Boot” or along the lines. And change the primary boot or first boot option to the USB drive. Save it, quit. Then it should boot from that Flash Drive.
The rest of the steps should follow with ease. Ask you to install windows onto your hard drive etc.
After it installed, unplug USB.
Restart PC and see if it all boots fine. If it doesn’t then, make sure you go back to bios and put the boot option to your HDD. BUT, that is if the BIOS still tries to run off your USB, which is only a problem. Most likely won’t happen.
I DO NOT know for sure if that Windows 7 download manager is completely official or works as the other ones. I will test it at home soon, and get back to this. The Windows 10 manager is downloadable for sure, and will work just fine.
But I would like to keep the OS you have had installed to your Laptop as it looks like your specs wouldn’t run windows 10 that well, but that very well can be an option if the windows 7 download does not work.
Again, I will get back to you.
Make sure to try the first option I gave before anything else.
