I don’t know the Olympus but most compact digital cameras are fairly straightforward to take apart. As for the spare part, your best bet is probably to look out for an identical camera with a different fault on eBay - they often go very cheaply. Practice disassembly on this and then you should be confident to fit the screen from it to yours.
