I got my kindle around two years ago and used it only once. I’ve recently wanted to use it again so got it out and charged it but it does not seem to get out of the loading/background picture (picture of pencils). The screen lights up when I turn it on but wont move past that picture. I’ve tried holding the power button for 30 seconds, etc but it doesn’t event fully shut down.
