Need to access the 4 screws from the back. Remove the 4 stickers that convers the screws and the screws. They hold the front grey mesh screen. Pull it off gently. You can access the speaker by removing 4 other screws and gently pull the tabs all around. There are two brakets behind that plate that hold the speaker in place, i was able to simply loosen the 2 screws and put the speaker back. As good as new.
