Why my toothbrush starts and immediately turns off after last chargee

My oralb pro toothbrush since last charge has is not working properly. It starts and turns off immediately. It wont run no matter what i do, the spindle moves head rotates but stops immediately under 1 second can it be repaired or its required to claim warranty?
