Jolike MP3 headphone Jack Repair

My daughter’s Jolike MP3 player, model M4 only has sound coming out of the right headphone, if I slightly lift the headphone plug out of the jack, I can get sound out of the left headphone and not the right, this is with any headphones tested. I didn’t see this device as having a repair guide, and I was hoping someone has opened one of these up before and could point me to a possible solution.
