Battery Not Detected - XPS 15 9560

I ordered Dell 6GTPY 97 Wh Battery for Dell XPS 15 9560 and installed it but I’m getting an error that says battery not detected and it’s not charging with. Looks like battery is compatible with the laptop model per the description in iFixit. Any suggestions on how to fix that?
