buy a new back cover

apply heat  using a blow dryer or a hot plate

use a suction cup help lift the display ,  or you can use  a razor blade if you don’t have one

lift the display but be careful in case the fingerprint sensor is attached to the back cover

get glue and replace the back cover … very simple
