Sadly, there is no means to unlock iCloud locked devices with the last four versions of iOS and iPadOS.

All of the wholes these folks figured out have been sealed up.

FYI - The access these folks gave you was still very limited! Basically, a working cellphone and that’s about it. You can’t create an Apple account to access the App Store or access iTunes.

Of course you could replace the logic board with a clean one, but is it worth it?
