Surely you have the Ryzen 7 5800G as the Ryzen 7 5800 doesn't have integrated graphics?
I would try taking out the ASUS TUF RTX 3070 graphics card and use the integrated graphics Radeon Vega 8 to see if the problem is the problem. If it still happens then you may have a motherboard issue.
If not then the ASUS TUF RTX 3070 may either have a driver issue or is defective.
Run this program [link|https://www.wagnardsoft.com/content/Display-Driver-Uninstaller-DDU-V18060-Released|Display Driver Uninstaller|new_window=true] in Safe Mode following the direction carefully. I would boot up first to setup the integrated graphics Radeon Vega 8 driver. Once that is working then follow ASUS's directions for the ASUS TUF RTX 3070 card.
That will correct any possible driver issue.
Let us know how it goes.
