Caffitaly not making coffee

Hi, I have a Caffitaly Coffee maker but the water is not pushing through the pod.  It pierces the pod seal, but there is not enough pressure to break the bottom part that allows the coffee to dispense.  I have tried to find a repair manual to no avail.
