Fan not spinning up and power supply issues

Hello,

So I have an old Winix P150 air purifier, branded under Kenmore, and it all of a sudden won't turn on from a blown fuse. Long story short I made some homemade fuses, the first two blew clean, and the last one (the one I'm using now) is fine, but the thermistor blew. I soldered a bridge across it and it powers on just fine, but the fan doesn't spin up and it turns itself off after roughly 12 seconds, like it knows something is wrong.

Help me... 🙏
