My Deebot T8 is not emptying the dust bin

After the vaccum cycle, or if I press the "empty dust bin" button, it will start blowing air but it stops after 2 seconds and It says that It cannot be emptying " check for a solution in the app" I already try everythig. It have the right dust bin, and everything is clean.

I need some help here. Thanks!
