Unplug charger and disconnect battery connector cable

press power button for 30 seconds to discharge all power and reset computer.

Reconnect charger and see if it turns on.  If ***no*** then charger may be defective and If ***yes*** then charger is good.

Then try reconnecting connecting battery and see if it works without charger. If ***yes*** battery is good if ***no*** the battery may just need a charge.

It should turn on with the the charger is plugged in while the battery is charging. If battery doesn't charghe then you need a new battery.
