if they are bulging they need to go, if they haven't failed already they are about to. You wouldn't trust a bulging/leaking battery would you? apart from bad caps these machines also have ?CPU solder problems...I replaced my 20+caps and still only get 2 lights, asked guru on here who suggests reflowing..
