iPad7 part interchangability with ipad 8 or 9

Can I use most of iPad 7 part for either ipad 8 and 9?

i'm considering

***1st option***: replace the current mobo with an ipad 8 motherboard

will everything work since it's almost the same(the only difference is the mobo)[br]
***2st option***: replace the current mobo with an ipad 9 motherboard, current cam to 9th gen's cam

will it work?
