From my experience, it kinda works, well the back plate of the S3 neo doesn't snap onto the S3 display, so that's one issue, but the image and touch appears to work fine

By the way I know this question is 8 years old but in case some retro enthusiast (like me) or your still looking to repair it, it works but back cover doesn't fit in
