@jacobvedholm this "small crack has formed in the plastic on the left side of the camera seen from the screen, and some parts look a little bit skewed but not much." we would have to seethe damage to evaluate it. If you have no power at all it is possible that you have a couple of torn/loose ribbon cables or worst case scenario; a damaged board. If it comes on but turns off it could be the lens. A lens that does not retract or extended will get the camera to turn off. [br]
