FYI. If you need the old recovery software for your version OS, all you do is copy the link from 1a from above and replace it with the file name you get from epson, the drive files are all stored in the same directory as: https://ftp.epson.com/drivers/FW_CD08M4....
Replace the last part of this directory file with your OS file name and you will get your recovery updater for your OS. Then complete the rest of steps.
