Stupidest thing…can’t image why this problem has not been fixed!

What a struggle!   After many tries wand finally came out easily.

Put back in stuck again!  Why do I want such a struggle each time I want to use this machine..

Because when I used the vac and it seemed OK I threw the box out…Please Send Me A new box to return this
